On Saturday, February 11th, we held a Yoga and Chill workshop with yogi Marco Antonio of Salamat Yoga.
During the class participants are lead into a warm-up routine followed by an hour long deep stretch followed by a relaxing savasana at the end of class.
Afterwards the class was able to chill, network with other classmates, and enjoy complimentary refreshments by Noosa Yoghurt.
