It's no secret that partner love and relationships take the spotlight during the month and February. At Space 24 Twenty, however, we're also taking this opportunity to focus on appreciating and loving ourselves with a Guided Meditation hosted by Melanie Collins of Grow Your Love Space.
If you haven't taken a class with Melanie, the hour-long meditation is an abbreviated offering of her Yoga Off The Mat where attendees will experience organic conscious lifestyle guidance in a small, intimate group. This session will incorporate a tea presence ceremony, guided meditation with mudras and a space to introspect, gain insight and build community with like-minded and like-hearted individuals.
