Thanks to all who made it out for Fina’tinas Chamorro: A Taste of the Island of Guam, presented by First Taste Brooklyn chef Kiele Turrini with Floral Design by FDK Florals

Everyone had an amazing time enjoying the 8-course fiesta-style tasting menu with accompanying specialty cocktails. FDK Florals created an unforgettable island atmosphere with palms and tropical flora transforming the dining space.

Words from chef Kiele Turrini: "I Fina’tinas Chamorro fosters the coming together, as a community, to reach conciliation, veneration, and resolve differences. It is the central value and root of Chamorro culture. Our customs, Kostubren Chamoru, focuses around respect: for your roots, your elders, and each other. Our goal is to create this dinner around exposing the roots of the Chamorro culture through its cuisine."
