Thanks who all who joined us for our Stew Social hosted by Company of Khanh and A Good Carrot. Guests enjoyed a complimentary California inspired cocktail, followed a four-course meal featuring Myanmar Fermented Tea Leaf Salad and a choice of stews: Vietnamese Bo Kho, Peruvian Seco de Pollo, Persian Bamya Bel, Indian Dhaan Sak, West African Mafe, and French Garbure. The evening concluded with an English Lavender Lemon Posset! Such a delicious meal!
